That will save loft conversion firms removing them all for the next job once the BCO has signed off!
Is this retrospective? The half-hour fireproof door into my integral garage has no self-closer?

It won't be retrospective, but it says, "apart from integral garage/dwellinghouses" so this door will still need a self-closer anyway.
