leather suite

I have a light grey leather suite and it is starting to look a little dirty. What will be the best thing to clean it?

How about - leather cleaner!!!

Sorry, couldn't resist. I know Homebase sell it, but I don't know where else. There is a cleaner and an after cleaning treatment.

Angle Grinder. Depends on the original finish and desired finish.

We had a pale green leather suite & now have a dark brown leather suite. These or similar do a good job

That's rather drastic; I think Wendy just wanted to clean hers, not have the furniture equivalent of a really bad hair dye job.

It depends on the surface finish to the leather. Some have a sort of varnish which waterproofs the surface. Try some ordinary face soap on a damp clean rag. If that cleans it easily, use that. If not, there are a variety of cleaning products for car leather seats. Halfords might be as good as anywhere locally. But you could always ask where you bought it from.

a variety of products for leather restoration if it is past its best - used one of their kits on the old Rover which has light grey leather to good effect.
