Please, any recommendations for basic meter kit to do a check & simple adjustments on an oil CH burner?
especiallly to (1) check delivery oil pressure into the jet nozzle (2) check output flue temperature (3) check air flow into the burner
If it matters it is a Riello burner.
This is wanted just for checking 3-4 times a year in between regular annual service.

Indeed; a simple service on an otherwise working fine domestic burner can improve its fuel efficiency by 10%. The days of peering at the flame for yellowness are long gone.
But this checking that the OP wants to do is *extra* to the annual service. If the boiler hadn't been touched for years then yes spend the dosh on the required specialist tools, new jet etc and set it up yourself, dispensing with the piad for annual service but to check things every three or four months on an otherwise well serviced boiler really isn't required.
