Hotpoint TDC30 dryer problem

Apr 24, 2006 2 Replies

My dryer no longer produces heat, is the most likely cause a faulty thermostat and if so is this a fairly straightforward repair? Thanks John

Might be worth testing the heater element first ( after unplugging of course ) that will be situated somewhere in the air duct to the blower.

That was the problem with my Zanussi and a replacement didn't come cheap at £80. :-(

99% certain to be thermostats I change them at least once a working day
