A right ugly old bastard has died in me shed out back now I will make the main box from chip board but due to im bein so uglly id like to fit a small sheet of lead over his head. What size lead should I use taking into account he aint pretty?
--------- Chipboard is tacky and likely to deteriorate quicker than the corpse. Consider marine-ply.
---------- Quarter inch lead sheet should fit the bill. Found on churches everywhere. For the professional finish you will need a coke bottle, a glass one - not one of those nasty plastic things. And then pummel the lead into place. Both historians and police will appreciate your efforts.
