i recently had to drain the system to change a radiator, then today the auto air vent spurted water all over the place, good job i was at home what a mess! any way i got a new vent and had it fitted. could it be related to the fact i had drained it that the air vent failed so badly, is it possible to fit a manual vent just for peace of mind, i dont trust my boiler any more :(
