Gate or slotted iso valve for open-state flow performance?

I want to put an iso valve on each of the hot+cold 15mm supply pipes (both pressurised) to my Aqualisa thermostatic shower mixer. They will be hidden under floorboards (don't ask - there's really nowhere else for them in this case), and there is easily room for the larger gate valves. Which valve type least inhitbits free flow of pressurised water when open?

How about full bore 1/4 turn ball valve? No restriction at all when open.

No gate valves on pressurised water pipes at all in any case whatsoever. Preferably not any pipe ever anywhere either. I would use full bore lever valves like these,

Not that I've seen, although if you unscrew the handle from a full bore lever valve it's sort of the same thing, sometimes.
