fun with a stanley knife

In message snipped-for-privacy@4ax.com

Mr Blunkett said there was a "strong argument" for having to be 18 to buy a knife.

And there was me working next to a big unguarded circular saw at about age 6, and using long sharp spikey things unsupervised. And we worked the big circ saw ourselves at age what, 15? Not sure I'd let a 6yo do that, but 18 to buy a knife, what a joke.

Seems someone's determined to make society as clueless and incapable as possible. And gradually succeeding.
