Folded spring-steel 'nut' clips; and nutserts

What do they call those spring-steel clips which are made of a short length of folded steel which have a sort of tapped hole stamped into them so that when they're pushed onto the edge of a piece of plain steel or plastic (which has a clearance hole through it) the clip forms a nut into which a self-tapping-type screw fits?

And for a bonus point where would one get some, about 10mm wide by maybe

15mm deep? Or perhaps a kit of various useful sizes?

And in a similar vien anyone know where one can buy nutserts?

Even more of a bloody nuisance when they've broken/rotted/gone AWOL and you need to refit whatever they were supposed to secure :-)

They're now usually replaced by a plastic bush that takes a self tapper these days - far less chance of corrosion.
