Hi all. I have a leaky flat roof, but even a roofer has said it doesn't need replacing so I thought I would seal any cracks and go over it with a bitumen type paint. Anyone know what might be best? E.g. Wickes have a solvent based one and a water based one for about the same price. Many Thanks.
