HI, has anyone any info on fitting the electric opener/closer and rain sensor on velux windows?
I see you can buy the kit for retro fitting, but do you have to disturb the ceiling to fit them or is it all external?

ps does it matter if they are top hung or middle hinged? and are there any cheaper versions made by anyone?
