Has anyone any good/bad advice on using the easi-joist sytem that is marketed by Wolf-Systems. It looks a good sytem for building your own joists with a metal web system that allows full access for services like soil/waste pipes, C/H plumbing and wiring systems.

Not heard of this , but T.G.I. joists are laminated with knock outs for services they are light weight and are commonly used on new biulds.

How waterproof are they? I noticed some in a local new build the other day, and they had been well soaked by the rain. I'm sure the instructions say keep dry, but that doesn't happen on the average site. I suspect they will be built around wet, and will lead to later problems in the structure. I must make a note not to buy from that builder.
