It is worth mentioning, but probably elsewhere. The "neutral" (i.e. black/blue) wire in a light fitting coming from the switch is a switched line and not actually a neutral at all. While what the article is talking about is why a genuine neutral (of whatever colour) is also technically speaking a live wire!

Good point, I have added a section on the end to deal with the shock risk...
