Cost of fitting laminate .

I have seen an ad for a local ( Glasgow) company supplying and fitting "click" laminate at £15 sq mtre . Would that be a reasonable amount to pay ?? Stuart

IMO, an offer like that will get you the cheapest and nastiest laminate there is.

A better option would be to buy your own laminate (depending on use, don't spend less than about £12/m^2), and get someone to quote for fitting.
