We have an open-flued boiler in a ventilated lobby, I've been reading BS 5440-2:2000 trying to work out what if anything needs doing to ensure the ventilation is up to standard.
The lobby is 226 cm x 120 cm x 137 cm plus a recess, with a total volume of 4.24 m^3, is this a compartment or a room/internal space ?
