Clearing a blockage : Help !

3" corrugated plastic duct from new building to other outhouse, intended to pull service cable through. Total length about 25 metres. Currently blocked 18" from one end just round the bend. It goes vertically down into the concrete slab, then bends horizontally and out to the other building. Ducting has tracer pull though of thin steel wire which will not budge. Frustratingly it was possible to push a cable snake from the blocked end before the renderers did the wall so I'm suspecting a blob of render has gone done despite the end being taped. Short of breaking up the slab any suggestions to clear it?

If it's a lot of small stones I'd try and wet'n'dry vacuum cleaner attached to some tube that you can shove down. You may need to keep clearing it but hopefully it'll clear out the stones.

Seriously: can you lay your hands on a rat? Ten to one, it would find it's way through.

A squad of trained mice?

All my underground cable ducts are left with a draw rope. My

*un-trained* mice are in the habit of cutting these to facilitate transport of Walnuts and other comestibles.

OK problem solved. Got Dynorod in, and they used a powered rotating snake that loosened things up, and I was able to blow a thin string with a wad (actually the wifes pin cushion!) through with an aquavac. I've now pulled a thicker rope in and will draw in the cables with another rope attached that will remain for the future.
