Britony Combi 80 boiler problems

Hoping for some advice. Have a Chaff Britony Combi 80 with no heat. Hot water is fine. Had the fan and pump coming on, but no ignition. pressure gauge reads 1.8. Had a previous problem with rotary temp adjust on regulatory PCB, seemed worn, but took it apart and refitted and everything fine. Wondered if this time this switch has gone and wont play its part in the "call for heat" process. Removed, cleaned and refitted. Now the ignition will fire up, but only stays on for a short while before cutting. No evidence of hot water coming through pump. Will stay off for up to 20 mins, then fire again, but goes off. If I run a bath, then switch to heating, I can feel a touch of warmth through the rads, presumably this is a purge of whatever's left in the heat exchanger after the bath, but surely this means the diverter's working. If I disconnect and reconnect the hot water thermistor, I can get the firing sequence repeating itself but it refuses to stay on long enough to get the rads warm. If reconnect to the hot water thermistor, the rads will get fully warm, but system wont voluntarily turn off. If I try this again, reconnecting to HW thermistor, when rads are cooler, cant get ignition again. Gut feeling says its the rotary temp control switch, anyone know where I can get a replacement? Dont want to shell out on a new reg PCB if it's just a dodgy switch. Any suggestions out there?
