Running roughshod through netiquette doesn't make you look good.
Reading the comments, I think that should be people, not person, although most, if not all, of what they suggest would be illegal under The Animal Welfare Act 2006. However, as the article is 12 years old, many of the cats will have passed away from old age by now.
It may be illegal but highly effective in curing the problem caused by inconsiderate cat owners.
Nobody even knows what that was these days, so used to slagging off on anti social media. Brian
