I need some of those adjustable guttering supports that have a semi-circular strip with a central length of studding, which fit on a pointed galvanised strip hammered into the wall. Couldn't find any in two local builders' merchants or Focus, or Wickes and Screwfix sites. Any suggestions?
Adjustable guttering brackets?

Try a builders merchant or a plumbing merchant. And ask for "rise and fall irons" spikes and strups. Either 1/2 round or OG

plumbers' merchants or if your town/city is big enough you should find more specialised ones specifically for drainage who will likely be cheaper for these items.
Silly me, I only normally use BES for plumbing, I forget how much other stuff they do
Many thanks!
