Your local authority should be able to provide that. When we had building work going on in the playground all the windows had this film applied to stop the pupils looking at (and in some cases ogling the builders) The film has the secondary effect of keeping the rooms cooler.
We had that on the hangar doors when I worked full time :-)
How much heat does it cut out as a percentage? This door is double glazed, so any heat must be killed off before it gets into the window.
