Sadly those are only 19.5 inches deep whereas the RA17 is a bit over 20 inches plus cabling depth :(

You could go for a 800mm deep cabinet, but they tend to not come any shorter than 12U. For example:

Have you looked at Canford? I managed to get a suitable (larger) rack from them. They do 600mm depth at 7U and 9U, at a cursory glance.
