i have a 20 yr old rancher in pretty good shape overall. Recently i noticed there is no house wrap or tyvek under the vinyl siding. I also have recently had the interior painted with new drywall tape. The drywall tape is coming off after only a few months. How concerned should i be regarding the absence of house wrap and is it possible that this is related to the drywall tape not staying adhered.
