Most economical wall covering for shop ?

I would like to cover up my insulation with some type of board,fiber board or some type of material . What would be the most economical right now with steel and wood prices so high ? Thanks, Iowa883

CFL vs shop FL tube light

I had to replace the burned out FL long straight tube in my shop light, and noticed the marking indicated "40 watt". I was thinking - our twist CFLs that replaced the our 60 watt bulbs are only running about 14 real watts.

Latex paint on shop floor HELP

Got done painting my shop , well, I thought I was doing pretty good as I put drop cloths down everywhere. Well, evidently the step ladder ripped a hole in one cloth. I went and picked up all the cloths and I have a big spot of paint that seeped throuigh the hole in the cloth.

Pen blowout in the shop today...

Basement Shop, Narrow Stairs--Table Saw?

I have a small basement shop with steep, narrow stairs that take two bends on the way down. Because of the difficulty of getting things down the stairs, my shop is equipped with benchtop tools. The only exception is a Delta 6" inch jointer that we were able to take down in pieces.

Older Unisaw added to the shop

I want to pick between the two saws and make one for the shop. My preferences are to keep the base and cabinet of the older saw. But the single phase motor of the newer saw. Can I just switch motor and the switch and starter apperatus?
