This is on one of my 20a shop circuits that are about 5' of #12 away from the 200a main. My line voltage cruises at 124 or so.
I've hooked up my shop vac to the dust chute on my Porter-Cable Saw Boss on occasion. It picks up much but not all of the sawdust.
Therein above, lies the reason the JDS Multi-Router, is an expensive, well engineered piece of precision equipment ... and worth the price for a small production run shop.

I had the same problem until I found a millworks shop. Since then, I got a router table and make my own.
I've probably seen some of your work then - at the Gibson shop in Memphis. (As well as on a guitar or two, perhaps!) JP
You can get a fairly well-equipped shop for the price of a copy of a good 3D CAD program.
Where did you find it, in a dress shop? Or maybe counsel them on a different career path. UA100
