Make a diagram of the wires, remove it and take it to a motor shop. They can test it for you.
Online yellow pages, Dex, shop local etc., don't have the same information.
I've used my shop vac to clean out trenches for water pipe, and to remove the loose soil at the bottom of an augered hole. Works quite well.
It's far more difficult on a ts than bs (of adequate capacity which any good shop will have). 9" resawing is beyond the reach of a 10" ts. --
I think there's a cheapy rivet gun in our local odds'n'bods shop for a fiver. And probably with some rivets thrown in for good measure ;-)
Sounds like you need to shop them to the Health and Safety exec. if they do nothing you can have a clear conscience when the death occurs. Brian
