I've seen toolbelts with waist sizes of 52" and maybe larger at HD and Lowes, if he needs something bigger than that maybe try a saddle shop.
Nobody has ever presented a single example of a shop explosion caused by an ungrounded caliper. :-)
I'm interested in some of the DRO products you've listed on E-Bay, but do not shop there.
