On a sample of one mine is still going perfectly well after 13 years having needed only a fan (yes Geoff - it's still in the car awaiting the next visit to Watford).
Some of the collars are grey, but anyone who thinks that fur is grey needs to visit specsavers.
I happened to visit someone in Houston in early Jan 1985, which was the last time they had snow there. My visitees were a bit surprised.
