Half-Baked Fluorescents...

Just to eliminate an odd situation, check the pair of pins on each end of each bulb for continuity. Can't remember what they're called (exciters maybe?), but if one end works, and one don't, the light won't operate correctly. Fix with new bulbs.

RJ11 cable.

Yes, RJ11 The "RJ" name isn't the name of the connector, it's the scheme of which pins are populated, an RJ11 uses a 6P2C and an RJ25 uses a 6P6C So an RJ25 cable is what you want, but don't expect them all the labelled correctly, this one is though But unless you want four, and ...

Then you would have the ability to install the circuits you need in your shop and be assured that the grounding pins of your tools are actually grounded.

OT Gas pump skimmers

Lowes card is 5 % on everything. Amazon card gives you $ 50 ( I think) just to get their card and several percent off at drug stores and some other places. I buy a lot off ebay, so have a Paypal card that gives more than 1% off ebay and gas.

router/outfeed table; previously charted territory?

IOW, the TS and workbench/outfeed table take up most of the middle space of the shop, leaving the periphery for tools on mobile bases, wood storage, wall cabinets and a wall mounted workbench. The space under the bench/outfeed table is half drawers, and half shelf.

Dust protection

code for enclosing gas heater/forced furnace in Ontario??

be sure to leave enough room for replacement purposes around ALL utilities. and allow enough free air space in-between walls and utilities. it would be advantageous to you to purchase a dust collection system for the shop.
