Glue for shop-made veneer

I've finally perfected my technique for making 1/16" quartersawn oak veneer, but now I need some advice on gluing it to the substrate. T-8 Fluorescent Shop Lights?

I have been looking around on the net for T-8 hanging fluorescent shop type lights, and am having no luck in finding any. I can find what things similar to what I am looking for, but they are all T-12 like the one in the link below.

shop fox aluma classic fence

I purchased a Shop Fox Aluma- classic fence today. It didn't come with the hardware bag so I used my own. The finish isn't that great either. Looking at it the aluminum fence doesn't appear to have any provisions for attaching an aux. fence to it.

gas water heater in shop

I am building out my shop in my basement. I unfortunately have to share space with 2 gas water heaters. I would like to enclosed them/put them behind a wall but am unsure how to go about it.
