Talk to a local shop that sells and services them, you wont get any service at the big stores
Flower shop, or daycare? Do they use water sprayers to fast feed the babies, clean diaper areas, or both?
The easiest way to cut the barrel top is by using a 24" pipe wrench and a shop hammer.

My local lock shop did this for me - took a week or 2 as they had to be ordered.
There was one of those in a local antique shop. There was no carbon tetrachloride left in it though.
