Anyone see the "panel saw" in Workbench?

OT? Energy tariff madness

One of the things the government did was to stop comparison sites having contracts with energy supplies that ensured their prices were the lowest available. The idea was to introduce competition between the comparison sites, thus ensuring that you can not trust them.

Yep, fair comment: there are plenty of sites who don't - I think quidco's the only one of mine who does, actually - however quidco does seem to cover more retailers than the others, ie if you rule out quidco of your 'armoury' then it's likely you'll end up not getting cashback from some ...

Diatomaceous earth - is it safe?

But I saw some sites say that if you breathe DE, then you might have serious lung problems. Then I saw some sites say that there are different types of DE - you want the "food grade" type, which apparently is safe for humans, and is even used in flour and Bisquick. Is that true?

What kinds of artisan?

There are a lot of sites that have sprung up to provide contacts for home repair, etc. My wife found some guys to fix the clothes washer and the garage door when I was out with a bad back. Both were pretty good guys, did a good job, and I felt charged a reasonable amount.
