Careless shop injury

For those who like to read about other people's stupid mistakes in the shop, I've got a good one. I was finishing up my new workbench, and turned the thing right side up for the first time, when I realized I put the vice on the wrong end.

Shop floor question

I hate the crud that collects in the control joints of my shop floor. Every so often when I get a wild hair, I open the doors and blow out the dust/chips/invisible screws, etc with compressed air. It would be better if the control joints were filled level with the rest of the floor.

SHOP DRAWER PULLS

I'm about to make some drawers for my shop, to take the place of the open shelves. Get to store more items in the same space, and easier to fine. Collect less dust too. These'll be quick and dirty drawers, not fancy.

Shop A/C

This sweltering summer has made me think a bit more about cooling the shop a bit. I have about 1,024 sf with a 10+ foot ceiling and lots of insulation; and I can do the capacity calculation. I should not need a huge machine.
