I'm a first-time homebuyer. I'm looking to rent out one of my rooms for extra income. I'm not sure what to charge.
I will only be renting to someone I know & trust, so I don't want to over-charge. I just wanted it to be beneficial for both parties.
Also, they would have access to the common areas (living room, den, kitchen).
All help is appreciated.
