I had an issue with my door not opening or closing, so I disconnected my door from the drive to look at adjustments and sensors, I then tried the drive without the door and noticed it only came out a few feet and stopped, hit the button again and it would go back in. I cleaned the track, put mouse milk lubes on the chain, and the same thing happened.
