My wife and my sister were out shopping together and they each bought an air fryer on impulse. It was there, at a good price. I was skeptical, but it's been about two months and they both say they use it almost daily. The microwave gets used less, as a result.
When it comes to microwaves I want a biggish one - and other than that one that will work every time I want to use it.Have found the Panasonic inverter unit has a weakness in the latch assembly - the metal is too thin and soft do after a year or so the switches get "out of sync" and strange things start happening. I took several with the same problem apart and added a re-enforcement. We bought an air fryer too after my daughter and a friend reved about theirs. Definitely a usefull tool
Isn't an air fryer like a hot air popcorn popper. The food is dry, no oil, no taste? That's been my image anyhow.

A couple from Toshiba have a knob you turn, and turn, and turn, a comment on Amazon said, to set the time. No numeric keyboard. He didn't like that. Maybe other comments say it works well.
Some have coooking times for different foods at the top under the door, but one seemed to just list foods without telling the time they took Very strange.
Amazon and Best Buy have owners manual links, but wtih Best Buy it takes two steps including another window to find the link.

And you give the model number. Important because I looked up how to use auto reheat on Samsung and it seemed very complicated. It's probably not as bad as it sounded, but I'll look up how GE does it next.
