I purchased a home with a San Yang Pai cooktop and range hood which it all works very well except the fuse holder is missing so the hood lite and fan won’t work. I can’t seem to find replacement parts for Model number CY-760A. I am thinking if anyone knows of used parts for these Range hoods???
Don't be hung up on getting the exact part.
From autoparts stores, hardware stores, Amazon, etc. you can get a fuse holder with a wire coming out of each end (Probably the same wire but you can cut it.)
Attach it where fuse holder is missing. If there are hollow rivets, you can use screws through the middle. Or you can cut a wire that's there and use wirenuts. Or you can solder.
Some use glass fuses and others use the current auto fuse style.
Apparently some come with fuses already in them so maybe you can find one with the fuse you need. Do you have 110 volts or 220?
