Their comments about this started at about 23 minutes in. Congress has appropriated a total of 46 Billion dollars for rental relief. Twenty five billion of that was appropriated in December. About one and a half billion was actually spent between January and May. They bring it up again in segment 4, The Reality of How It Is, at about 13 minutes in.They cite the Urban Institute. Half of renters and forty percent of landlords know this programs exists. Six percent of landlords and eleven percent of renters have applied for government help.
