Are we looking at the same thing? The background says University Medical Center of El Paso.
No, it does say "of El Paso". They were standing in front of that part much of the time.
But it still means nothing. We are supposed to believe that they vaccinated 4 of them but didn't vaccinate the other guy because they liked him more, but didn't mind hurting the first 4? Or what. It's nonsense.
