No one can give a good answer. Temperature drop depends on the insulation and construction.
With a 30 degree outside it will take a very long time for the sprinklers to freeze. Days, not hours.
If there are heated units below around and above, the temp may not drop far.
Individual heaters for each apartment or one for all?
