Yes, You get all in one contact system but the contractors have to pay to be listed. When a respectible contractor is in business he does not need to go to a web server to try to drum up business for them. If your good at it and respectiable , they stay bussey as can be. the ones that do sign up is new companys starting out looking for a start or Hack company tring to regain the market share they lost by messed up jobs in the past.

Nothing in this world is perfect and free and finding a respectiable contractor is going to be hard because they don't need a webserver to get business for them. They just use the yellow pages and past history of respectible work. Respectiable contractor just don't need these web server contractor referrial services.
