In Indiana they just used crook Mitch Daniels and smugled "minimun services" Bill. It requires all realstate companies to represent Buyer at demo, offer, signing etc.

Thanks crooked republicans.

Clearly, people were fed up with 7% tax on house sale for very little work. Thanks for representing Remax instead of voters.

Whats next? Minimum services when selling car(s)?

Most people think of realtors as kindly helpful people in blazers who show them houses. In fact they are the greediest, most monopolistic, lying bastards around.
