Data/Voice/Video distribution panel

I am looking for Data/Voice/Video distribution panel. I need Cat6 data, 8 telephone outputs and 8:1 video splitter panel.

Looks like what you need is actually a blank modular patch panel (just a glorified bracket, really) such this one by BlackBox:

you then populate with the same jacks you'd use for your outlets. Each position can receive a different type of jack which makes it useful for a mixed setup like yours.

Just to clarify: the 8:1 video splitter as well as 1-8 telephone bridging block are not exactly parts of a patch panel (any patch panel except for something custom-built). These are usually separate devices that you plug into the patch panel's front end. I would recommend keeping them separate because trying to find ones that are built-in will make the cost go up exponentially (because of the custom-built nature of a panel like that).

Basically, you're probably going to end up getting one 24-port blank modular patch panel and populate it with 16xCAT6 jacks for both data and phone and 8x video jacks (F,RCA or S-video - depending on what you need). By the way, most types of video can be sent over CAT6 cable so you can just use one cable for everything from the patch panel's back end to the outlets.

Oh, and, since I don't know where in the world you are, I cannot recommend where to buy it. But you can just google "blank modular patch panel" or "empty modular patch panel". Google is usually good at throwing some shopping options at you. Good luck!

ROFL... What planet are you from??

Blank patch panels, modular cords ?? Maybe that is required in commerical applications where things constantly need to be reconfigured but in a home, no way, you don't need those extra lengths of cord nor the three additional connection points required...

There are structured cabling systems and panels available for residential use that contain all you would need inside a nice panel enclosure... Making only one connection at each end of whatever cabling you are installing...

That is ONE example by ONE manufacturer, there are a plethora of others available out there...

By using a blank patch panel you would also need to purchase standard equipment rack to mount them to... Not to mention the additional connections required via patch cords to some type of distribution block for the phone and cable connections -- not required in a residential application...
