I've been torubled by a contractor doing a very poor, amaturish job on my bathroom remodel. In addition to that he's running very behind scedule. Is there much I can do? I'm going to get a lien waver before he get's the last payment, and mostly I'll be glad to the back of him. But is there anything I'm missing?
