What is the best method to install bathroom tissue dispenser into sheetrocked wall? I don't have wood blocking behind sheetrock and want to reduce the chance of paper holder being pulled out of the wall.

You're best bet is to get one of those recessed toilet paper holders. They will not get ripped out as easily as the surface mount holders. They are easy to install. You just have to make sure you find a spot on the wall thats between 2 studs since it needs to be in a hollow wall.
