bathtub surrounds

Are there any bathtub surrounds that go on top of ceramic tiles for do it your selfers? I went to home depot today and they only had ones that go on top of drywall. If there is one, how difficult is it to install?

You could always glue up panels of the while polyvinyl crap, as $30 a sheet.

If you have tile, why do you need a surround?
