we have an ideal concord free standing boiler which feeds two valved systems with separate sides each with hot water tank and central heating. for some reason the system will not fire up. we have tried turning each central heating and hot water system off and gradually turning on each one to see where the problem is. unfortunately we cannot make any sense about any of it as there doesn't seem to be any pattern as to what is working and what is not. any ideas?
