When To Fertilizer Cold-Weather Flowering Plants

In my north Florida yard I have:

Chinese Snowballs that are now flowering out just a little bit -- here and there -- and just small flower heads.

Camellias with lots of buds.

Pansies flowering out.

Azaleas blooming.

Snapdragons flowering.

Roses that are budding and blooming.

Since these things are "in their cycle" should I encourage them to flower more with a hit of fertilizer or composted manure, or just let them go until spring?
