anyone know the difference between thoroseal and super thoroseal?

It seems Thoroseal is for seepage whereas Super Thoroseal is for seepage under pressure

it turns out that the superthoroseal already has the acryl60 latex stuff mixed in the powder, where regualr thoroseal yu mix it in seperatly
