Newbie alert ?!?!!?? i owned my own place , which has been done up over the years and i have been toying with the very serious idea of buying a 2nd place and converting into flats , i think i've found the perfect house thats ripe for conversion and theirs others on the same street which have had similar conversions (through terrace 4 bed converted into two flats) plus theres a one of the conversion on the street for sale , so i can have a nosey at that to see how things have been done for a few basic clues....layout etc..........
But i was wondering does anyone have some great links for websites and other forums for house conversion etc for the newbie....
