new water tank required

anyone tell me best place to get a new hot water tank from.It has small cold water header tank on top, dont need the immersion heater in it..

Sounds like a Fortic. A plumbing supplies company will sell you a new one. Take the measurements with you to get a like for like replacement if you are staying with the same size. You may be lucky and find that the pipes connect without needing any alterations, if not then the pipework will need to be changed to suit the positions of the connections on the new tank. Is your present tank foam lagged or is it bare copper with a hot water cylinder jacket?
